If you read these messages not knowing who was behind them, you’d assume it was a high school couple. Alas, it is one of the greatest athletes in the world, and until two weeks ago, one of the most private men in America.
Among the greatest lines in this running commentary is this gem:
‘Jaimee: well I appreciate you not wanting to wake me up but if y couldn’t sleep I would have rather sat up and talked to u more … find out why I keep falling more and more for u ;)
You may have heard that Tiger Woods has been in some trouble recently. For the most part, he’s been reluctant to talk about his transgressions, but one local radio station managed to land an exclusive interview with the golfer.
A good friend of mine at Seattle’s KISS FM sat down with Eldrick and asked him a few questions about the recent events in his life. A surprisingly candid interviewee, Tiger went balls deep with his answers and gave specifics on his extramarital affairs, as well as his well-publicized car crash.
I have a dream, and that dream is to witness a speak-off between Tiger Woods and Barack Obama. It will be carried live on ESPN2 HD, at 1:30 PM, PDT. Jim Rome will get the day off.
At precisely 1:31 PM, PDT, after a studio introduction by Bob Ley, the cameras will zoom in on a wooden table, resting atop a stage, in front of a capacity crowd at Radio City Music Hall. There, sitting in glorious high-backed chairs facing one another across the length of the table will be Tiger Woods and Barack Obama. Tiger will be on your left, Barack on your right. They will simply be staring one another down. No words will have yet been spoken, no emotion will as yet be displayed.
