Seeking Readers With Legal Troubles

If you or anyone you know has had trouble with the law recently, we here at Seattle Sportsnet would really appreciate it if you or they would check out our site and click on that brand new picture ad in the left-hand sidebar.

We’d like to welcome on board our newest sponsor, the law offices of Van Siclen, Stocks & Firkins. All we ask is that you do your part to support our supporters by visiting their website and considering these fine attorneys when you run afoul of the police.

I, myself, am no expert when it comes to the legal field. But I can imagine that had Jeremiah Masoli, LaMichael James, and Garrett Embry spoken with our friends at VSSF, they would probably be enjoying spring practice right now and not staring down the barrel of probation. Because let’s face it. We all know Chip “The Cool Parent” Kelly wouldn’t have suspended a trio of acquitted playmakers, right?

Now bear with me for a minute as I go PBS telethon on you. Without support from people like the good folks at Van Siclen, Stocks & Firkins, there’s a darn good chance that the content we provide on these pages might not exist. So think about that. It kind of hits you in a special place, doesn’t it? Yeah, you’re feeling it.

Finally, if you have any doubt about where their loyalties lie, the attorneys at VSSF are a diverse bunch with both Cougar fans and Husky fans on their team. Most importantly of all, these guys are sports fans just like you and me who are committed to winning. I think we can all appreciate that.

So help us (and them) out by visiting their website and seeking their services when you’re most in need. They won’t let you down.

  1. I know that Joe Baker is very aggressive in defending the rights of those falsely accused, and also compassionate about his clients’ needs. He was added the VSSF firm a few years back, whcih only bolstered that firm’s reputation for competently representing a large range of clients who have found themselves facing the justice system — from high publicity cases to the lowest level case (e.g., jay walking).

    Go Dawgs!

  2. “from high publicity cases to the lowest level case (e.g., jay walking).”

Manny Ramirez might want a word with you.

  3. Why would Manny Ramirez need an attorney. He is beloved by all and never in trouble! Now, Big Ben needs a firm like VSF.

  4. WOW! Stocks and the paralegals, check out the pictures, guess who’s in charge?, no parity there!
    Just an opinion.
