Trent Edwards appreciates your tears, Terrell Owens

At least we hope so.  The Buffalo Bills quarterback said he was “excited” to play pitch-and-catch with new receiver Terrell Owens, and why shouldn’t he be?  Last year he was tossing balls to the inconsistent Lee Evans, among others, which means throwing to a producer like T.O. should be an absolute dream come true.

T.O., for his part, will need to do his best to curb the attitude amongst an impressionable group of peers in the young Bills’ locker room.  Even still, there’s not much he can do to make this team worse, and on paper at least, he makes them much better.  We’ll see where this move takes the otherwise insignificant Buffalo football team.  If I was a Bills fan, however, I’d be optimistic about this move.

*Side note: How does T.O. get all his hats to sculpt to his head so perfectly?  I wish I knew how to do that.

  1. A year from now we’ll be talking about how the Bills locker room is in shambles and about which team he is going to tear apart next.

  2. By week 14, TO will have actually pulled down his pants and pooped on Trent Edwards. I’m calling it.
