Loyal SSN Reader To Host KJR Morning Show
If you happen to be near a radio tomorrow (Tuesday) morning between the hours of 6:00 and 10:00 AM, go ahead and tune to 950 on your AM frequency and enjoy the dulcet tones of one Ryan Divish.
For those of you who don’t know Ryan Divish, he happens to be the Mariners beat writer for the Tacoma News-Tribune and one of Seattle Sportsnet’s most loyal readers.
On a personal note, Divish hails from Havre, Mont. and is a proud alum of the University of Montana. As one of the few Seattleites who has been to Havre, being able to say I know someone from that small town is a huge accomplishment. Husky women’s basketball fans may also recount that former player Loree Payne also hailed from the bustling metropolis of Havre (which, for the record, is pronounced ‘Hav-err’ and does not rhyme with the last name of a quarterback named Brett).
If nothing else, you’ll be able to enjoy an off day from that pompous bastard Mitch (only joking, kind of) and instead listen to a guy who you’d be able to share a Keystone Light and feel okay about (as opposed to a guy more likely to be found sipping Chianti).

Damn Facebook pics … damn shots of rumpleminze
I only know (Brett) Havre from the book Winter in the Blood, by James Welch, which I was forced to read in high school.
Failed to mention that Jason Puckett, a notorious Coug, will be co-hosting. Gong. Show. Who’s calling the shots at KJR anyway??
From Mitch and Sandy to Puckett and Divish. It’s like moving from an uptown estate in the hills to a double-wide trailer on the river. I can already picture three satellite dishes and a graveyard full of cheap children’s toys on the front lawn. And, of course, the obligatory crushed can pyramid of Busch Light, Bud Ice, or any other beer that tastes like watered-down piss.
I tried to get a plug in for your site, but I couldn’t do it. Next time, I will.
And I drink Miller Lite or Crown Royal or PBR or Montana Coronas (can of Oly with a lime in it).
PBR! Yes!
I know of very few places that have it on tap, and two of them went out of business. The Irish Emigrant in the U. District, and Sunset Bowl in Ballard. RIP.
Master Sports in Havre, MT is a sneaker oasis!
