		<description><![CDATA[While he may be great in the clubhouse and a good on the bench with the young kids, the real reason he is back is because he puts people in the seats and helps merchandise sales immensely. If the team does well it&#039;s a bonus and everybody is happy that he is there leading and able to be a part of it. If the team does poorly, people are willing to pay to see their hero on his final leg on a mediocre team. It is a win win for the organization, not necessarily the team.]]></description>
